Maintenance guide for your BRAZE barbeque for optimal longevity

Even if corten steel is very resistant, a minimum of maintenance allows your BRAZE barbeque to retain all its shine over time.

1. Regular surface cleaning

Wipe with a dry cloth or soft brush to remove dust or leaf residue. In case of greasy dirt, use warm water and mild soap.

2. Maintenance of the grid

Brush it after each use to remove food residue. A little vegetable oil will prevent rust.

3. Monitor the drainage

Make sure that the water does not stagnate in the home. The BRAZE design provides this, but in winter, tilt the device slightly if necessary.

4. Cover it in case of prolonged wintering

Even if the corten can stay out, a breathable cover will prevent dirt deposits or moisture stagnation.
